Select the LINE option from the control panel when you want
to draw one or more straight lines. Move the pointer to

where you want the line to start, then click the left mouse button.
As you move the mouse, the line will stretch out and the other end
will move. When the line is how you like it, click the left mouse
button again. If you don't like the line, click the right mouse
button and it will disappear. To start another line, click the left
mouse button again. You can draw curves by frequently clicking the
left button as you move the mouse around.

When done with line drawing, click the right mouse button
twice to return to the control panel.

If you have a three-button mouse, you can drag an unfinished line
to a new location while pressing the center button. (Try it!)

If you have a two-button mouse, you can drag a line by pressing
the spacebar on your keyboard, then moving the mouse with no buttons
pressed. Press the spacebar again to return to regular mode. NOTE:
THE SPACEBAR WORKS WITH 2- AND 3-BUTTON MICE, AND IF PRESSED
ACCIDENTALLY, MAY CONFUSE YOU UNTIL PRESSED AGAIN.
